Write a SOQL query on a Multi-Select Picklist Skills__c to find Candidates who have both 'Apex' AND 'LWC' selected (INCLUDES ('Apex;LWC')).
In INCLUDES, a semicolon inside one string means AND (both values must be selected).
soql
SELECT Id, Name FROM Candidate__c WHERE Skills__c INCLUDES ('Apex;LWC')
This returns Candidates who have both Apex and LWC selected.
